We currently ship orders across India.
Some remote areas may have limited delivery service; in such cases, we will inform you before processing the order.
Free Shipping may be applicable on orders above a certain value (if mentioned on the website).
Standard shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation of payment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier issues, weather conditions, or regional restrictions.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via SMS/Email.
You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner’s website.
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
If the order is not received due to incorrect address/phone number or unavailability, it may be returned to us. In such cases, additional re-shipping charges may apply.
If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or missing items, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
