1. Payments

All payments on our website are processed securely via PhonePe Payment Gateway. Once an order is successfully placed and payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS.

2. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

✔ If you were charged twice due to a technical error.
✔ If the order was cancelled by us due to stock unavailability or unforeseen reasons.
✔ If you have cancelled the order within the allowed cancellation time frame.

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method (PhonePe Wallet/UPI/Bank Account) within 7–10 business days.

4. No Refund Policy

Refunds will not be applicable in the following situations:

✔ If the product is delivered in good condition and matches the description.
✔ If cancellation is requested after the order has been shipped.
✔ For any services or digital products already availed.

5. Replacement / Exchange

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, you may request a replacement within 48 hours of delivery. Proof of damage/defect (photos/videos) must be shared with our support team.
