1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

✔ You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
✔ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✔ The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons:

✔ Pet food and treats (if opened).
✔ Grooming and hygiene products (if used).
✔ Customized or perishable items.

3. Process for Returns

Contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos/videos of the issue.
Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Approved returns must be shipped back to us in secure packaging.

4. Refund / Replacement

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, you may choose between:
✔ Replacement of the same product (subject to availability).
✔ Refund to your original payment method via PhonePe Payment Gateway within 7–10 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to damaged/defective/incorrect products, we will bear the return shipping charges.
For all other valid returns, the customer may need to bear the return shipping cost.
